Since 2007, Nationwide Realty Investors has entrusted Peebles Creative Group to brand and market one of its largest and most-anticipated mixed-use projects, Grandview Yard. Located in Grandview Heights, Ohio, the 125-acre development includes a long list of businesses, restaurants, service retail, hospitality, and luxury urban living options. We created the original Grandview Yard name, visual identity, and branding. Over a decade later and with multiple phases of development complete, Peebles Creative Group continues to ensure Grandview Yard’s brand is out in front through the creation of a new website, advertising, signage and sales collateral to reach Grandview Yard’s B2B and B2C audiences, while also expanding the brand family to include The Grand Event Center, Apartments at the Yard, and 828 at the Yard.
